Welcome to Mini French
LANGUAGE PROGRAMMES FOR CHILDREN FROM BABIES TO PRIMARY 2
***LAST BLOCK BEFORE THE SUMMER STARTS WEEK OF 22ND MAY!***
Established in 2012 in Edinburgh and receiving fantastic feedback, Mini French offers carefully (and lovingly!) developed learning programmes for young children.
Supported by my enthusiastic team of French speakers, I run interactive, creative, sing-along and story sessions where tots and parents alike learn French in a fun, nurturing environment. We use loads of toys and actions to reinforce learning and stay up to date on the latest language acquisition research!
Our aim is to foster a curiosity in languages and enable learning through music, play and immersion activities. A tried and tested method in keeping with recent studies. When children are engaged - they learn.
All preschool children, from birth, are welcome at the Mini French "Music" sessions. Even young babies benefit hugely from hearing another language. We also have the newly launched Mini French "Academy" for ages 4 to Primary 2.
Proven brain training for children!
- Free access to the online Member Portal - activities to keep children busy!
Improve your own French along the way
Most importantly, have fun and meet new friends!
We have four copyrighted Mini French CD's in our series and two more under development. They are also available as MP3's for families joining the classes.
Prior to starting, you will receive a CD and songbook created by Mini French. This gives you a chance to listen to, and practice, the songs at home or in the car. This means you can be involved in your child's learning.
Your existing level of French is no obstacle. We use a range of good quality sensory toys, actions, dancing and games to make the songs even more memorable for you and your child.
We look forward to seeing you soon... A bientôt!
*New* Discounts for booking more than one block at a time. Details on class pages.

"It's certainly improved my French and encouraged me to teach my son various words at home."
"(My child) now asks to 'go to Mini French today' on a regular basis. I would recommend this class to anyone"
